The theme for Queensland Youth Week 2019 is Unlimited, which celebrates the boundless energy that young people bring to our communities.

People aged 12-25 make a positive contribution to local communities, and we recognise these contributions in Queensland Youth Week.

I want to encourage young Queenslanders to look to the future and see limitless possibilities.

This year, Queensland Youth Week goes for longer than a week to allow schools to be more fully involved at the end of the term.

YFEST is a Queensland Government supported event happening in the Moreton Bay Region during Youth Week.

YFEST is a free event for 12-25 year olds, with live music, rides, henna art and food.

There will also be information stalls, and a dedicated space for young parents.
