GREAT NEWS:  We’ve finally secured the site for a Burpengary East primary school!

Three lots of land at the corner of Buckley Road and Fraser Drive have now been acquired by Education Queensland.

We can now start the process of planning, then constructing a new state primary school for Burpengary East and North Harbour.

It’s taken four long years to acquire a local school site, and thank you to the many residents who signed my petition in 2020 for a new school in Burpengary East.

The next step is working with Education Queensland to get a school planned and built.  This will be a top local priority for me as your MP.
