Entrepreneur Grants for Local Small Businesses

ChrisAdmin Business

The Small Business Entrepreneur Grants Program is a very popular small business support initiative from the Palaszczuk Government and Chris Whiting MP wants local small businesses to take up this opportunity.

Local entrepreneurs can get up to $5000 in matched funding to help give their business a boost.

The funding can be used for professional advice and support for business planning, marketing strategy development, as well as social media and digital strategies, research, mentoring and coaching.

We know that a strong small business sector means a growing economy to deliver even more jobs for Bancroft.

Earlier this year $840,000 in Small Business Entrepreneur Grants was dispersed to 237 small businesses throughout the state to get professional advice and support.

Last year, Paula Burgess and Michelle Currie from our community were very worthy recipients from the 2016-17 Small Business Entrepreneur Grants.
It is the critical early stages of developing a business that is so important to success, and these funds can contribute to accessing the support businesses need to start, grow and thrive.

Round 4 has now closed but if you subscribe to the Small Business Connect newsletter, you will be notified when future small business grant rounds open.
