If you, a family member or a close friend is celebrating a significant birthday (90th or 100th) or wedding anniversary (50th, 60th, 65th or 70th) you can arrange to be sent congratulatory messages.

Messages can be received from your State Member, the Premier of Queensland, the Prime Minister, the Governor-General and in some instances His Magesty the King.  Who the message comes from depends on the milestone, a breakdown of each occasion can found by clicking here.

To arrange the congratulatory messages, you will need to supply a copy of a supporting document to verify your friend or loved one's date of birth or marriage, or complete a statutory declaration and complete the official request form.

An official request form can be obtained from the Bancroft Electorate Office or downloaded. The form and supporting documentation can be handed into the Bancroft Electorate Office or returned by mail to:

The Executive Correspondence Unit
Department of the Premier and Cabinet
PO Box 15185
CITY EAST QLD 4002

Arranging congratulatory messages can take up to four weeks and it is advised that any requests be submitted at least one month in advance.
